Having grown up in South Jersey, right outside of Philly, there was a deli pretty much on every street corner. Needless to say, Philly Cheesesteaks were always available like BBQ is in the Midwest.
It has always been my dream to own a food trailer and to share my East Coast roots with the Midwest.
